 This exclusive event, part of the Super Saxophone Series, promises an evening filled with masterful performances and unparalleled musicianship. But the excitement doesn’t stop there! On Sunday, November 23rd at 4 PM, Nelson Rangell will lead a free Masterclass Jazz Clinic at the UH Manoa Bandroom. Presented by the Hawaii Saxophone Foundation in collaboration with the UH Department of Music, this clinic offers a rare opportunity for aspiring musicians and jazz enthusiasts to gain insights and techniques from one of the genre’s true legends. The session is open to all musicians and jazz lovers eager to deepen their understanding and appreciation of jazz.
