Christopher Creviston Debut Concert and Masterclass Highlights

We are delighted to host and welcome Arizona State University saxophone professor Christopher Creviston! He delivered an exceptional debut concert at the University of Hawaii at Manoa’s Orvis Auditorium on Monday, October 7, 2019. On Thursday, he conducted a masterclass at Punahou School’s Montague Hall, where he shared his expertise on "Learning to Manipulate the Saxophone." It was a privilege to experience Mr. Creviston’s music and saxophone mastery.

Mr. Creviston has performed in venues ranging from Carnegie Hall to the Apollo Theatre and Prince's Paisley Park. He is respected around the world as a saxophonist with the utmost control and artistry. As soloist and with the Capitol Quartet, he has been featured before some of the most respected ensembles in North America, including the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, the National Orchestra, and the Indianapolis Symphony. He has held positions at the Crane School of Music, the University of Windsor, the University of Michigan, and is currently on faculty at Arizona State University. Creviston is President of the North American Saxophone Alliance and a Yamaha Artist.
