Wine & Food Pairing Fundraiser

The Hawaii Saxophone Foundation is having a Wine & Food Pairing Fundraiser on Saturday, August 16 at CookSpace Hawaii in the Ward Warehouse. Master Sommelier Patrick Okubo will be pairing wines with food created by Miso & Ale.
Here's a peek at the menu:

  • Kabocha, Coconut Soup, crème frachie

  • Pork Rafute Bahn Mi with condiments

  • Chicken Adobo Ragout Pasta with an Adobo Cream Sauce

  • Braised Beef Tongue with Sweet Potato Hash

  • Tres Leches with Candied Bacon - Tres Leches is a sponge cake or three milk cake (butter, milk and heavy cream)

There will be two seatings, one at 5:30pm and 7:30pm. Tickets are $80 per seating.
