Wine & Food Pairing Fundraiser
The Hawaii Saxophone Foundation is having a Wine & Food Pairing Fundraiser on Saturday, August 16 at CookSpace Hawaii in the Ward Warehouse. Master Sommelier Patrick Okubo will be pairing wines with food created by Miso & Ale.

Kabocha, Coconut Soup, crème frachie
Pork Rafute Bahn Mi with condiments
Chicken Adobo Ragout Pasta with an Adobo Cream Sauce
Braised Beef Tongue with Sweet Potato Hash
Tres Leches with Candied Bacon - Tres Leches is a sponge cake or three milk cake (butter, milk and heavy cream)
There will be two seatings, one at 5:30pm and 7:30pm. Tickets are $80 per seating.
